We deliver throughout South Africa.
For deliveries outside South Africa, please contact us directly at contact@prenginegearbox.co.za for a custom quotation.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, item size, and weight.
  • Certain large items (such as engines, gearboxes, or heavy mechanical components) may require special freight arrangements. In such cases, we will contact you with a final delivery quote before dispatch.
  • Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be clearly stated on the website.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • Main cities: 2–5 business days
  • Outlying/regional areas: 3–7 business days
  • Large freight items: 3–10 business days depending on location

5. Heavy & Freight Items

Due to the nature of our products (engines, gearboxes, and mechanical parts):

  • Large items are delivered via freight carriers.
  • The customer must ensure that someone is available to receive the goods.
  • Offloading assistance may be required for heavy items unless otherwise arranged.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email or SMS.

7. Delivery Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery:

  • If the packaging appears damaged, note it with the courier before signing.
  • Report any damages or missing items within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
